Yoga Lehrerin

I tried HOT YOGA for the first time in Australia when I was 18 and was immediately hooked. From the effort, the heat, the feeling. Since then, yoga has accompanied me and always gives me the opportunity to come to myself more, to connect with myself and to accept and calm my mind and the many thoughts. This is very beneficial and helpful in this very busy career and life.

In a hot yoga studio in Cologne you see the following saying at the reception:

FIRST YOU FEEL LIKE DYING, THEN YOU FEEL REBORN.​

And it's true. 

I have been practicing different types of yoga (Vinyasa Flow, Hot Yoga, Ashtanga...) for over 10 years and after every class I feel calmer, more at peace with myself, more connected. My mind calms down and I feel connected to my body. This is a wonderful feeling and in principle the essence of the word YOGA: “union”, “integration”, becoming one with consciousness.
